    Job Summary

    The People and Culture team at Neighborhood House provides administrative and system support to over 340 staff located across multiple locations. Under the direction of the People and Culture Manager, the Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and technical support across several areas. Duties for this role include but are not limited to supporting the full cycle recruiting process, preparing for and administering new employee orientation, supporting training by maintaining our Learning Management System, tracking training classes, attendance, registration, and tracking credentials and required annual or bi-annual training. This position may also serve as backup to other P&C team members in areas of general P&C when needed.
