The iSchool at the University of Toronto is a professional and research faculty that educates leaders in a variety of information fields. All study areas focus on the human context of a rapidly changing information environment. We examine how information in all its forms, whether cultural, technological, or archival, interacts with society, and how it helps to shape, and is shaped by, technological and human concerns. The Faculty of Information is part of the information schools caucus—the iSchools—which unites schools investigating the relationship between information, technology, and people.
