Our Development Director will:
Support and grow our team of fundraising professionals that includes full-time, part-time, and contract staff.
Excel in building relationships with donors, volunteers (including our board), and our greater-Colorado Springs community.
Lead all aspects of The Place’s fundraising and communication efforts, including direct mail, donor cultivation and care, grants, events, our website, newsletters, social media, and e-appeals.
End to end responsibility for annual development strategy, from annual budget generation, to tracking by source category against budget and adjusting along the way to make goals.
Work closely with the executive team, board, and fundraising team towards success in all fundraising arenas.
Collaborate across departments to ensure appropriate resource generation and allocation to best meet the needs of the youth served by The PLACE.
Work with a group of donors critical to the success of The Place’s programs.
