Our platform empowers students to learn, work, and save towards financial freedom. Students engage in a 2-week in-school curriculum on financial education basics, preparing them to conduct local work-service initiatives in exchange for funds to purchase essentials at merchant partners. These partners also contribute to the students' educational savings accounts, fostering a community-wide cycle of financial empowerment.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer / Tech Consultant to join our team and continue building our Smarter Barters™ platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our system that connects middle school students to community service opportunities and financial education.
