Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing the overall approach and plan for attracting and retaining client companies for the organization’s EAP services and generating exclusive partnerships to continue to grow and sustain the business.
Candidates must have:
The Director will develop, implement, and monitor, a tactical plan that: maintains current the EAP client base, identifies growth areas for potential clients, and includes measurable objectives. To be successful in this position it is important that the individual have subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: employee assistance programs, organizational leadership, change management, non-profit management, human resources, workplace wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our organization's public image through strategic marketing initiatives. This public-facing position requires exceptional public speaking skills, relationship-building capabilities, and expertise in creating compelling content for both social media and printed materials.
