About the Role
As the Marketing and Communications Project Specialist II, you will play a vital role in advancing the mission of the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation (NBDF). Under the guidance of the Director of Public Relations and Communications, you will work collaboratively across the organization and with external partners to drive the successful delivery of strategic objectives and programmatic outcomes. Your work will encompass a wide range of projects, from developing communication strategies to managing marketing campaigns, all while ensuring that our internal and external messaging aligns with NBDF's values and brand guidelines.
You will be instrumental in maintaining a consistent brand image, crafting compelling content, and supporting initiatives that make a meaningful impact on the community we serve. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cause with purpose, creativity, and innovation.

Where You Will Work:
This position is a remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. and this role requires some travel. All NBDF Employees are required to attend and work at our annual Bleeding Disorders Conference.
Compensation:
We have carefully considered industry benchmarks, the experience required for this position, and internal salary comparisons to determine the appropriate salary range for this role. For this position, NBDF has set a starting base salary range $64,000-$70,000 and it is non-negotiable due to our company's commitment to maintaining internal pay equity. This approach ensures that we maintain a fair and consistent compensation structure across the organization.
