    Position Summary

    Are you a data whiz with a marketing mind? The world’s largest local philanthropy is seeking an expert in the tracking, interpretation, and presentation of digital marketing performance data to support strategic change and growth. You’ll work closely with analysts and channel managers to ensure smooth and accurate data flows between our systems; assure the quality of marketing data; support the creation, maintenance, and automation of marketing reporting on various platforms; and deliver timely and reliable data to internal stakeholders in a user-friendly format. This role is an integral part of the Digital Growth team and reports to the Digital Strategy Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and analyze digital performance data across multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Facebook Ads.
    • Monitor digital data and proactively identify opportunities to improve digital performance in real time.
    • Together with the Digital Strategist, identify and present strategic and actionable insights for current and future digital marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Data and Insights to expand cross-platform and cross-channel reporting capacity.
    • Create data visualizations to highlight relevant KPIs for the Digital Marketing and Growth teams.
    • Perform QA checks on new and existing Digital Marketing and Growth reports.
    • Oversee digital A/B and split testing to ensure it follows best practices and produces readable results.
    • Interface with colleagues in Data and Insights to ensure accurate selection of audience data for digital channel communications.
    • Fulfill ad hoc data requests from internal stakeholders across Marketing and Digital Growth.
    • Assist in benchmarking UJA’s digital marketing performance against industry standards.
    • Maintain awareness of marketing industry trends, digital platform trends, and reporting best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related business discipline.
    • Minimum two years of work experience in a digital marketing environment, with a track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining superior attention to detail.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. The interview process will include Excel assessment.
    • Expert knowledge of GA4.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI (Power BI preferred).
    • Demonstrated ability to develop proficiency with new technologies and platforms.
    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects and complex processes.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently within a larger team.
    • Some experience with SQL a plus.

    Salary Information:

    The salary range for this role is $71,000 to $74,000; commensurate with experience and qualifications listed above.
