    Description

    Purpose:  Assists the Membership Director and Development Director in the planning and execution of membership development projects, fundraising events, and canvasses, as well as office management


    Staff Level: 1, part-time 15 hours/week average, with potential for increased hours


    Reports to: Membership Director


    Duties and Responsibilities:



    Membership Development:


    • Assist in the management of materials for canvasses (printing of literature and envelopes, coordinating with program staff for updated literature)
    • Assist with preparation of Phone Turf
    • Assist with the preparation of bulk mailings
    • Assist with the conception and creation of materials for membership development (“thank you” cards, member ID cards, questionnaires, direct mail letters, etc.)
    • Coordinate volunteers to help with projects, potentially in all departments of the organization
    • Assist with daily deposits and data entry


    Events:


    • Assist the Development Director, Events Coordinator and the Membership Director in developing CCAG events related to fundraising or donor cultivation
    • Work with the staff, volunteers, and committees to implement events
    • Assist with events-related printing and mailing
    • Assist with some events-related data entry and reporting


    Office Management:


    • Assist with maintenance of office infrastructure (phones, internet, heating/cooling, office machines, etc.)
    • Assist with ordering of supplies (postage, paper, ink, toner, etc.)
