Position Summary:
The Auditorium works collaboratively with Roosevelt for payroll process and benefits
administration. This position will be the key liaison with Roosevelts HR department for FT staff needs. In addition, this role provides payroll function for all part-time staff including multiple unions and ensures timely remittance to all unions.
This is a new role and part of a 4-person finance office. This role improves ties between leadership and staff by responding to requests and other items, and reporting to leadership using HR indicators to assist in decision-making.

Years of Experience Required: 1-3
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Excellent organizational skills; Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
Working Conditions: Climate-controlled office environment is provided. Job is largely sedentary, but there is a need to move about the office and buildings frequently. Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, pushing and/or pulling is required (typically less than 10 pounds.
