The Opportunity: We are seeking a Payroll and Finance Specialist for our client, the Faison Center. Over its 25-year history, the Faison Center has continuously evolved to meet the changing and growing needs of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The result is a broad array of programs serving individuals from as early as 18 months through adulthood.
Summary
The Payroll and Finance Specialist is responsible for processing and overseeing the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. This position is responsible for cash receipts, general accounting, accounts receivable, and other complex accounting assignments. Reconciles general ledger accounts and timely resolves outstanding items, including preparing accounting statements and reports as needed. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and supports the HR and Finance teams. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible, 40 hours per week, exempt position (FTE 1).
