    Description

    Antidote is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for helping us make informed decisions about our technology infrastructure, with a special focus on configuration and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics. You will work closely with our operations staff to understand our business processes and translate requirements into effective Dynamics solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our systems are aligned with our mission and capable of supporting our growing operations. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough analysis sessions with key stakeholders to understand their business processes and identify system requirements. Document and validate these requirements to ensure they align with organizational goals. 
    • System Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Nonprofit Accelerator to meet the organization's specific needs. Ensure that all configurations are scalable and maintain the flexibility to evolve with the organization’s needs.  
    • Deployment Support: Assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 configurations across departments. Ensure a smooth transition by troubleshooting issues and providing necessary training and support to end-users. 
    • Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance post-deployment and gather feedback. Continuously work on improving system configurations and processes based on user feedback and evolving organizational needs. 
    • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the system configuration and deployment phases. 
    • Advise on best practices and potential enhancements to improve our technology infrastructure. 
    • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics updates and industry trends to ensure we are utilizing the most effective tools. 
    • Assist in long-term technology planning to support the scalability and sustainability of our organization. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 consultant, with specific experience in non-profit environments being highly desirable. 
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its application in non-profit settings. 
    • Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions. 
    • Familiarity with non-profit organizations and their specific needs is a plus, but not required. 
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
