The Autism Society of Minnesota (AuSM) is seeking an Institutional Giving Manager to support the organization’s development activities by raising support from corporate and institutional funding sources. The position’s core responsibilities focus on funder prospecting, qualification, outreach, creating proposals, grant timeline management, reporting, and other stewardship activities. This is a hybrid role with remote work and two days per week collaborating with our neurodiverse team at our St. Paul, MN office.
Position Description
The Institutional Giving Manager reports to the Executive Director and leverages a robust professional network to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in local corporations, public and private foundations, and other businesses. This position utilizes research, writing, and sales skills to assist the organization in securing institutional donations and grants to support the mission of the Autism Society of Minnesota. This position is part of the Advancement Department and works closely with the executive team, program staff, marketing and communications, and external partners. You will play a critical role in managing the public perception of the organization as Minnesota’s first autism resource.
