    Description

    The Legal Clinic (TLC), a Honolulu, Hawaiʻi-based nonprofit organization, is seeking candidates for a full-time development and events director position. TLC’s mission is to ensure justice for low-income immigrants and migrants in Hawaiʻi, through high-quality immigration legal services, education, and advocacy. TLC serves clients throughout the state of Hawaiʻi, with a staff of ten. Please visit www.tlchawaii.org. This full-time position is based in Honolulu, with a hybrid work-onsite and work-from-home environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan & run fundraising events (annual Pau Hana included)
    • Manage donor relations & communications
    • Support leadership in donor cultivation & development
    • Increase public awareness through marketing & social media
    • Develop annual reports & track fundraising progress

    Qualifications:

    • Nonprofit event planning & fundraising experience (Hawaii preferred)
    • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to immigrant rights
    • CRM & social media proficiency
