Description
Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director, the Pantry & Inventory Coordinator position plays a key role procuring pantry food staples, hygiene items, and household cleaning supplies that are offered to our guests. This position’s main priority is managing and maintaining pantry inventory including ordering, picking up, and stocking adequate goods so that Hunger Fighters Oregon (HFO) is able to serve guests.
The Pantry & Inventory Coordinator will also spend time in the pantry working alongside the Pantry Manager to maintain the pantry’s day to day operations and maintenance including pantry prep for guest shopping, volunteer management, and general pantry organization and cleanliness.
This position is a combination of on-site work in the pantry and stockroom, driving to off-site locations for order pick-up, and remote work when possible.
This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week at a rate of $20/hour.

Level of Language Proficiency
An understanding of or fluency in Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, or Ukrainian is strongly preferred but not required
