The Lymphoma Research Foundation (the Foundation) seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be responsible for financial and business operations and shaping and delivering the strategic imperatives of the organization. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO leads a four-person team and has primary responsibility for the organization’s financial and business operations. This role also works closely with the entire senior leadership team to support their work and fulfill the organization's mission.

The Lymphoma Research Foundation is the nation’s largest non-profit organization devoted to funding innovative research and serving the lymphoma community through a comprehensive series of education programs, outreach initiatives, and patient services. The Foundation’s mission is to eradicate lymphoma and serve those impacted by the disease. About the Opportunity
The Foundation is seeking a strategic thinker who understands how finance and operations support the broader mission of a non-profit organization to join as COO. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of experience in managing teams and business operations, supporting cross-functional collaboration, developing staff, goalsetting, and strategic development. The position is based in the Foundation’s New York City office; please note that the organization currently utilizes a flex schedule, and all New York- based staff are required to work in the Foundation office weekly Tuesday-Thursday; staff may elect to work remotely Mondays and Fridays. The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 annually.
