The Choice, Inc. is managing a temporary to hire opportunity for our client- a major professional association in Tyson’s Corner.
This organization offers academy learning programs to train new professionals in the industry. The program includes either six one-week classroom sessions or six month-long live online sessions, once or twice a week, over the course of a year. The goal of the program is for graduates to have the necessary skills to operate and oversee business operations within the automotive sales industry.
The ideal candidate will have/is:
The role will start on a contract basis (approximately 6 months), but the intent is for it to be temporary to hire if it is a good fit.
This position will support student and classroom needs. Job duties will include:
Required Schedule:
This position is 37.5 hours a week. On Mondays- hours may require starting as early at 7AM, but the schedule will then be 7AM-3PM or 7:15-3:15PM. The team rotates these early Monday hours. Otherwise, regular work hours will be 8:30AM-4:45PM.
Mondays-Thursdays are required in office days. Fridays can be remote days, unless there are student events (graduations, etc), where Friday in office work may be required.
Candidates must be fully available and open to the schedule listed above.
