    Description

    Our client, a non-profit focused on ending hunger and poverty has an immediate need for a Temporary Donor Services Assistant. The end of the year is a busy time for donations and the team is looking for someone who can jump in to help with processing tax forms, managing cash donations, and assisting donors. This is a remote position with preference for candidates in the Washington, DC area.

    Ideal experience:

    • Experience with nonprofit donor databases/CRMs (Raiser's Edge) is required
    • Experience providing customer service and managing high volume email requests.
    • Trustworthiness with dealing with confidential constituent information, including contact information and donation/payment information
    • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of donors and prospective donors.
    • Ability to accomplish designated tasks independently after a period of onboarding and with ongoing management support

    Desired Start: As soon as possible

    Desired End: 3 month engagement

    Working schedule: Part time, around 24 hours/week. Monday availability required.

    Location: Remote. Washington, DC based strongly preferred.

    Salary: $24-26/hr
