POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Programs and Engagement plays a vital role in NY Funders Alliance’s team by leading member engagement and learning to cultivate a robust philanthropy network by surfacing over-arching programmatic themes and delivery of related content and events for members. The Director reports to the Executive Director as well as works with members, board of directors, and committees. As a representative of the organization, the Director of Programs and Engagement will nurture relationships with stakeholders by serving as a first point of contact for members and fostering strong relationships with key state and national partners.
