Overview
The Program Support Specialist works closely with our Consultants, the Director of Client Services, and the COO, partnering with our nonprofit clients to support their fundraising and development efforts. This can include supporting specific projects and providing on-demand assistance.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys applying different skills throughout the day. You will be an integral part of a cohesive team that is central to helping our clients drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
The Program Support role will require the ability to adapt to changing expectations based on the needs of our clients. While there will be a foundation of core responsibilities and deliverables, our client engagements are fluid, you will be able to rely on clear communication from the COO and Consultants to ensure you know what is expected.

Qualifications
Education
High school completion required. Post-secondary degree preferred.
Essential Functions/Physical Requirements
Depending on work assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle and working under challenging conditions.
Work Conditions
Work is performed indoors with some potential for exposure to typical safety and health hazards. May travel and participate in meetings and conferences, as determined by managers.
Skills and Abilities
Google Suite, Donor Management System (Salesforce or RazorsEdge), Trello, and Slack are highly preferred.
Travel
Limited, less than 10% of time. This is a fully remote, full time job; however, employment rarely requires phsyical travel.

Fluent in English is required. Cogeo has some international clients in Spanish-speaking countries, so conversational Spanish is a plus.
